Go Go Goji!
Lycium Barbarum is the Latin name for the Goji berry plant native to China. The Lycium Barbarum plant yields small red berries that are better known as Goji berries. These berries have been used in traditional Chinese medicine for many centuries. Medical texts dating back to the Ming and Tang dynasties mention the benefits of the Goji Berry.
Recent scientific research has shown that Goji berries contain a significant amount of nutrients. It is nearly impossible to find Goji berries outside of China, so benefiting from their juice is hard to do. Himalayan Goji juice, however, is getting easier to find. Those who drink the juice may notice they feel younger and stronger, a better immune system, improved cardiovascular health, and increased energy and stamina.
